Welcome Reception
It will take place on Monday, October 12, on the beautiful terrace of the venue hotel (Coral Beach Hotel & Resort). Participants can enjoy local drinks and ample canapés and hot finger food whilst networking with fellow researchers in front of the famous Paphos sunset and the Mediterranean Sea.

Pre-Dinner Tour
There will be a bus transfer from the venue in air-conditioned buses, with tour guides to take participants along the scenic seaside road, with a couple of stops at historical sights of interest. After the tour, the dinner will take place at a local venue. It will consist of an array of traditional dishes, complemented by wine, desserts, and a lot of music and dance.
