Local Poster Printing
For participants who would like to print their poster locally, our local partner, EasyConferences, offers a convenient poster printing and delivery service for €25.
The service includes:
Full-color printing of an A0-size poster in portrait orientation on high-grade paper.
Delivery of the printed poster directly to the conference venue.
Collection of your poster at the registration desk upon arrival at the conference.
How to Order
Please send your poster as a high-quality JPG file to [email protected] no later than 1 October 2026.
The €25 poster printing fee has been added to the EasyConferences accommodation/registration platform. The fee must be paid through the platform for EasyConferences to process and print your poster.
Registration and Payment Steps
Local accommodation and poster printing services can be arranged through www.easyconferences.org.
Participants can pay securely by credit card (VISA/Mastercard) or bank transfer. The booking system also allows you to complete your order in stages and make changes or updates at any time before online registration closes.

Activate your account by clicking the activation link sent to your e-mail address.Log In
After verifying your e-mail, access the conference registration platform directly at FIE 2026 Registration.
If you log in through the main EasyConferences website instead, you will need to locate the FIE 2026 conference from the list of conferences.Create Your Order
Add the local poster printing service (€25) to your order and complete the payment securely using one of the available payment methods.
Once payment has been completed and your poster file has been submitted to [email protected] by 1 October 2026, EasyConferences will arrange the printing and delivery of your poster to the conference venue. The posters will be available for pick up at the registration desk.
